From lived experience to a discovered calling.

Supporting the Individual within Life's Complexities

My path has not been a linear one, and today, that is my greatest strength in supporting you.

With a background in engineering, I have spent over twelve years in the corporate world, where I still hold a management role within a major IT group. This dual perspective—as a manager facing performance goals and a therapist focused on the uniqueness of each individual—allows me to intimately understand the tensions, the search for meaning, and the stress dynamics we all experience.

I first encountered Gestalt therapy as a patient. This experience was a turning point: it allowed me to transform my own anxieties into resources and regain true agency over my life.

It was this profound transformation that sparked my vocation. After integrating Gestalt principles into my management style to make it more human and attuned, I chose to become a practitioner to share, in turn, this path of freedom and movement. I believe this is one of the most vital missions in our complex world.
