From system structures to the dynamics of being.

A path to the essential: reconciling mind and heart.

My journey has not been linear, and today, that is precisely what fuels my ability to listen to you in all your complexity.

With a background in engineering, I have spent over twelve years in the high-stakes world of technology. This chapter of my life taught me to understand systems, manage urgency, and navigate environments where performance often takes precedence over being. Yet, behind the achievements and the structures, I primarily encountered what we all share: the need for meaning, the weight of stress, and at times, the feeling of being disconnected from oneself.

I first encountered Gestalt therapy as a patient. It was a revelation: I discovered that one could combine a sharp, agile mind with a deeply sensitive presence. There, I learned to transform my own anxieties into resources and to reclaim a true freedom of movement.

This transformation sparked a vocation. Today, I no longer seek to explain the "why," but to explore with you the "how" of your existence.

Whether you are going through a professional crisis, a personal trial, or a more diffuse sense of unease, I provide a space where your story is welcomed without judgment. For those who "think too much", I offer a solid framework that is not intimidated by your complexity. For those who "feel too much", I offer a nuanced listening to transform this intensity into a life force.

In my practice, there are no "small" or "large" sufferings—only an encounter, human to human, to help you become the lead actor of your own life once again.
