There are a thousand and one reasons to start "seeing someone."
You may come with a specific request or simply a general sense of unease or dissatisfaction. Perhaps you are here on your own initiative, or perhaps you’ve been encouraged by loved ones, a partner, or a spouse. You might be navigating a workplace crisis, professional burnout, a period of grief, or a breakup.
We can often struggle within our family relationships or feel stuck in patterns that we didn’t consciously choose.
We may seek greater acceptance—both of ourselves and from those around us. We may simply want to "feel better," develop our potential, and overcome our obstacles by embracing our anxieties and exploring new horizons.
All these reasons are valid and fruitful. All of this, and much more, is welcome in my practice.
Whether we work together for a single session, a month, or a year, I am committed to welcoming you without judgment or preconceived interpretations, moving away from any pathologizing perspective.
Together, we will discover and embrace what emerges in the present moment of the session, helping you make sense of your daily life and perhaps uncovering new possibilities. Ideas, thoughts, imagination, sensations, and emotions are all welcome; they serve as the raw materials for the therapeutic work we will do together.
The first session
Our first meeting is an opportunity to get to know one another, explore your reasons for seeking therapy, discuss your expectations, and answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic framework: frequency of sessions, confidentiality, cancellation policies, and my methodology.
At the end of this session, we will decide on the next steps—whether that means scheduling a second appointment, ending our collaboration there, or allowing you time to reach out to me later if you prefer.
Sessions last approximatively 50min, face-to-face. Fee is 80€ per session, payable by cash, credit card or transfer.
